About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Truck Sales Manager to lead our Used Truck Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong customer and vendor relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in truck sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and business objectives
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
