We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Truck Sales Manager to lead our Used Truck Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong customer and vendor relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and profitability
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Analyze financial and market data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and technologies to provide expert advice to customers
- 5+ years of experience in truck sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business objectives
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
