Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet all customers entering the facility with a friendly and professional attitude, answer their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Phone Management: Answer incoming phone calls, direct callers to the correct department or individual, and take thorough messages.
  • Cash Handling: Correctly cashier Service and Parts customers with a balanced cash drawer every day.
  • Communication: Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Support: Stay abreast of and help coordinate all aspects of dealership operation, such as hours of operation, services offered, promotions, and special events.
Requirements
  • Problem-Solving Reasoning: Must have basic problem-solving reasoning capabilities.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time, speak clearly, hear, and see, use arms, hands, and fingers to work at a computer, and physically answer multiple telephone calls.
Work Environment

The work environment for this employee is an indoor, fast-paced, office-type environment.
