Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Fairfield Inn and Suites Florence. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Check-in/Check-out: Process guest arrivals and departures, verify room assignments, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Room Assignments: Confirm guest room selections, verify room availability, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Communication: Respond to guest requests, answer phone calls, and communicate with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints, investigate issues, and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Guest Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process transactions, maintain records, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, provide support, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
