Job Title: Customer Service Operations Manager

In the heart of Treasure Creek USA, we're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our customer service operations. As a Customer Service Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions between customers and our team. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to handle challenging situations will make you an asset to our organization.

About the Role:
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and proactive communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance call center performance, agent productivity, and overall quality of service.
  • Mentor and coach agents to ensure they possess the necessary skills to meet customer expectations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making informed decisions to drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a mid-to-large size call center, preferably with Zoho, Zendesk, and RingCentral expertise.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.

Compensation Package:
Our competitive compensation package includes a base salary of $85,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
