About the Role:

The Financial Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions. They will be responsible for processing monthly Owner Billings, reviewing certified payrolls, and interacting with outside customers using outstanding customer service skills and diplomacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly Owner Billings along with required documentation
  • Process approved subcontractor pay applications into accounting system
  • Assist with obtaining lien waivers and other documents from subcontractors prior to release of payments
  • Review certified payrolls and input data into appropriate systems (DIR, LCP Tracker, etc.)
  • Interact with outside customers using outstanding customer service skills and diplomacy
  • Issue and track Subcontracts
  • Insurance Certificate review

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Accounting with 5 years of similar experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to work on assignments that are sensitive in nature while maintaining confidentiality of Company and Departmental information

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience
