About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager, Technical to join our team at T-Mobile. As a Product Manager, Technical, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new products and services that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, including defining product requirements and timelines.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet quality and reliability standards.
  • Develop and manage product budgets and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with product management tools, such as Jira and Rally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience with payment processing and payment technology.
  • Knowledge of PCI compliance and payment security.
