The Senior Technical Product Owner will play a pivotal role in steering product development and ensuring alignment with client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in software development, particularly in Java or Python, and demonstrate proficiency in Apache or Confluent Kafka.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into actionable product specifications.
  • Articulate a clear vision for the product and ensure it is consistently communicated throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Manage the product backlog effectively, prioritizing tasks in response to evolving requirements.
  • Oversee the entire product development process, from initial design through to final implementation.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and progress, providing updates to relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with the product team and end-users to deliver timely updates and reports.
  • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in software development, particularly with Java or Python.
  • Strong knowledge of Apache or Confluent Kafka.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
