Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Lead to join our team at Next Level Business Services, Inc. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our products from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the scope and timeline of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to ensure effective team collaboration and communication.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks and methodologies to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Facilitate internal communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Be the point of contact for external communications, including customer and stakeholder interactions.
  • Work with product owners to prioritize and manage backlogs and new requests.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Help teams implement changes effectively and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity and help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.
  • Collaborate with Digital Business partners and Vendors to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement to turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, translating features into well-defined product requirements.
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
  • Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
  • Define and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
