We are now looking for a Manager of Technical Delivery in North America leading a team of Technical Consultants.

As part of your role, you will work closely with other Managers of Technical Delivery and the Senior Manager of Technical Delivery to ensure the highest quality product is delivered to all our customers.

This is inclusive of best practice development and working closely with the central team as well as managing the team and customer work.

Our Customer Operations team partner with customers and support their diverse needs.

Throughout the sales experience, they develop and deliver projects, optimize how our solution is used and ultimately keep our customers happy and help them achieve their goals.

Their relationship -building skills and retail/supply chain knowledge are second to none.

You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Technical ConsultantsEstablishing and supporting development goalsMeeting regularly to give guidance and feedbackLeading the technical track for tier 1 & super tier 1 implementationsAnalyzing customers' data to map to RELEX functional requirementsEvaluating projects and technical design to ensure they are following best practices and meeting customer requirementsWorking closely with other Managers of Technical Delivery to improve project delivery, expand technical expertise, and identify areas of development for the teamParticipating in best practice development and supporting global initiativesEnsuring the training and growth of technical knowledge for North AmericaRecruiting and onboarding new Technical Consultants to RELEXWe're looking for:

Experience leading a team of individual contributorsDirect and indirect (developing our teams is essential to our continued growth)Advanced technical knowledge related to databases and integrations (ERP/Retail experience is a plus)Demonstrated success leading complex technical SaaS implementationsProgramming experience preferredAbility to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all organizational levelsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in the Metro Atlanta area.
