Job Title: Outside Sales Account Executive - Washington, DC

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in Washington, DC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the DC territory.

Job Summary:

The Outside Sales Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and candidates must live locally in the Washington, DC area or be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new clients through cold calling, social media prospecting, and other sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects throughout the assigned geography, set up in-person meetings with decision-makers, and move the sales process forward.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives, including cold calls, appointments, presentations, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with account managers and internal revenue operations to ensure individual and company goals are met.
  • Manage all sales activity and follow-up in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services or restaurant industry.
  • Proven track record of growing new business and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to discuss fees, acceptance, and finances with confidence.
  • Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and Salesforce or other CRM system.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
