Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales management
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with generous company match

Work Environment
