Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing specific residential locations and leading the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who deliver essential services. This position is crucial for ensuring that both staff and clients thrive in a supportive atmosphere.
Compensation: $21.60 per hour (with a potential range up to $22.80 per hour based on experience and location).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned residences, including client care tasks such as dressing, grooming, and meal assistance, while ensuring documentation and cleanliness standards are met.
- Collaborate with scheduling teams to maintain appropriate staffing levels in accordance with client contracts.
- Ensure that homes are personalized to reflect the preferences and interests of the residents, conducting daily health and safety inspections.
- Support the implementation of individual support plans and maintain a thorough understanding of protocols within assigned locations.
- Provide on-site coaching and continuous training for DSP staff to ensure optimal support for individuals.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of meaningful goals for each client, ensuring documentation is completed as required and communicating any necessary adjustments to the Program Director.
- Foster professional relationships with DSP staff to enhance employee engagement and cultivate a culture of appreciation.
- Participate in staff retraining and coaching as needed.
- Facilitate transportation and community engagement for individuals, including appointments and recreational activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required (experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
