Job Summary

This role supports the Package Dispatch Supervisor in analyzing dispatch plans and performing daily routine tasks to aid the dispatch and preload teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify system downloads and identify service failures and exceptions.
  • Print and distribute daily reports, making necessary updates and communicating changes to the Package Dispatch Supervisor.
  • Utilize mapping tools to plot previous data and compare actual dispatch to planned dispatch.
  • Maintain a loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.
  • Complete monthly dispatch audits and utilize available reports and systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software.
  • Customer-focused with strong planning and organization skills.
  • Familiarity with package flow technologies preferred.
