Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for overseeing assigned behavioral health professionals, providing behavioral health prevention and intervention services, ensuring compliance, and facilitating services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee assigned behavioral health professionals to ensure program requirements are met for staffing, training, documentation, and resource distribution.
  • Develop training and related materials to promote behavioral health supports.
  • Oversee data and evaluation to meet program requirements.
  • Facilitate and coordinate behavioral health professional development as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between various individuals and groups to facilitate support services, continuity of care, and communication.
  • Monitor billable services and meet with clinical staff to review performance standards and service data.
  • Work under limited supervision, following standardized practices and methods, and track budget expenditures.
  • Utilize resources from other work units as needed to perform job functions.
  • Develop a cohesive holistic approach to program services with all tribal services.
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of all program data, operating in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and five years of progressively responsible work experience demonstrating the ability to perform essential functions. Active, unencumbered WA State license for practice (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, and Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP)) and valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Tribes and Native Communities.

Other Job Requirements:

Current CPR Certification and TB test. Authorization and completion of a background check prior to employment.

Competencies:

Possesses knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform essential functions. Familiarity with the DSM V, behavioral health assessment, intervention, treatment, and recovery process for adolescents and families, supervision of clinical staff, physical and behavioral health issues, intervention strategies, and pertinent codes, policies, regulations, and laws.
