Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the ideation process for various projects, focusing on specific products and requirements.
  • Assist in executing tasks under supervision that guide a product, system, or sample book from development to launch.
  • Analyze specific segments of processes to identify areas for improvement, as directed by cross-functional teams.
  • Collect and synthesize data and insights from team members to inform product line decisions.
  • Potentially lead small-scale projects while supporting larger initiatives.
  • Communicate product channel differentiation to consumers, sales teams, dealers, and installers.
  • Conduct analyses and generate reports on key findings that may reveal trends in product performance and competition.
  • Understand product features, benefits, and user applications, recognizing product positioning within the category hierarchy and its relation to the master brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, communication with dealers, sales, and consumers, and improve internal processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management and demonstrated project management skills, preferably within a manufacturing context.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Consumer Goods industry.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles to manage budgets and comprehend costs associated with product line extensions and enhancements.
  • Actively contribute to team discussions and meetings.
  • Basic presentation skills, including verbal and written communication abilities, along with the capacity to create visual presentation content.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of product development processes and relevant technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
