Freezer Stocker Associate

At Sam's Club, we're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our freezer, cooler, and deli team. As a Freezer Stocker Associate, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the quality and safety of our products, ensuring that our members receive the best possible shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the freezer, cooler, and deli areas, including sweeping, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
• Receive and stock merchandise, including perishable items, in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor and maintain temperature control, verifying expiration dates and disposing of lesser-quality products.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.

What You'll Do

Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with Company policies and procedures, including handling claims and returns, zoning the area, and completing required audits and paperwork.

Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs, locating merchandise and assisting with purchasing decisions, and promoting the Company's products and services.

Follow Company policies and procedures related to Freezer/Cooler area, including complying with food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, and monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors for proper operation.
