Position: Senior Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple projects of varying scales concurrently.
  • Administer project financials, including budgets, expenses, profit margins, timelines, project scope, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.

Projects typically range from $200,000 to $3 million.

  • Prepare comprehensive project estimates.
  • Supervise the development and debugging of PLC and HMI programming as necessary.

Various systems may be utilized by clients.

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to foster and strengthen client relationships, presenting data, project scopes, designs, and more.
  • Participate in site visits, project initiation, commissioning, and closure meetings.
  • Oversee installations at client locations, including management of subcontractors across electrical, controls, and mechanical disciplines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a minimum of 7 years of experience in system integration project management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading controls and integration teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in job cost analysis, budget management, scheduling, resource allocation, and scope management is advantageous.
  • Proficient in leading electrical, controls, and mechanical projects.
  • Prior experience as a Controls or Mechanical Engineer is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with robotics (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, Kuka) is a plus.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 20% of the time.
