Job Overview

The New York Red Bulls are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Group Sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating group sales revenue on a year-round basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly group ticket and revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and relationship-building with potential customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase group ticket sales and revenue, including cold calls, face-to-face meetings, arena tours, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new group initiatives and events that drive sales opportunities and increase overall group ticket revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building long-lasting relationships with group leaders and fans, exceeding their expectations, and delivering a positive experience.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of ticket sales experience, preferably in the sports industry.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong knowledge of the New York/New Jersey youth soccer landscape is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Committed to success and the sports industry with a desire to aggressively compete within a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Comfort and experience working with various levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including all Red Bulls home matches, some nights, and weekends.
