Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training materials, including courseware, presentations, and assessments, to support the delivery of our training programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
  • Manage the training event process, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their training needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in training development and delivery, with a focus on adult learning.
  • 2-4 years of experience in instructional design, with a proven track record of creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • ITIL foundations certification preferred.
  • 2 years of experience with JIRA preferred.
