Technical Sales Training Program Specialist

At Trane Technologies, we're passionate about creating innovative climate solutions for a sustainable world. As a Technical Sales Training Program participant, you'll embark on a 5-month journey to develop your skills and expertise in technical sales, business development, and leadership.
What You'll Do:- Sell Trane Technologies' comprehensive line of HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
- Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with valued customers, providing technical expertise and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
- A competitive base salary of $78,840, plus a daily stipend and relocation assistance during the training program.

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or Engineering.
