Salesforce Inc. is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop insightful and actionable analyses that reveal significant business patterns related to account management across various business sectors, including offer management and renewals.
  • Utilize statistical methodologies and forecasting strategies to formulate demand plans for account management and associated functions on an annual and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain uniform operational reports and dashboards to track the overall health of regions/customers, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with key performance indicators and financial objectives.
  • Project future scenarios and resource requirements for go-to-market strategies, creating repeatable processes and reporting tools to assist leaders in identifying impactful initiatives and their ROI.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to enhance or establish processes that foster operational efficiency and uphold consistent reporting standards in account management and renewals.
  • Address daily inquiries from the team, offering timely and effective resource strategies and solutions to a variety of challenges while developing operational and future-oriented proof-of-concepts.
  • Conduct thorough, ad hoc analyses to explore ongoing or unique operational challenges.
  • Lead a team of domain specialists, data analysts, and data engineers across multiple regions, focusing on account management and customer success.
  • Oversee team deliverables, stakeholder interactions, and the performance of team members.

Work Environment: Telecommuting options are available, with occasional travel to Salesforce offices required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in the offered position or a related field.
