Position Overview: The Senior Culinary Operations Manager will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation of high-quality meals that align with our corporate standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement regular and customized menus in accordance with established standards.
  • Provide training to kitchen personnel on food preparation, safe handling practices, and equipment operation.

  • Manage inventory of food and non-food supplies, ensuring availability while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations at all levels.
  • Travel as needed to support various corporate dining operations.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in culinary management, particularly in high-volume dining settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of food trends, quality control, sanitation, and cost management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Extensive experience in catering operations is essential.
  • Multi-unit management experience is advantageous.
  • Serv Safe certification is highly desirable.
  • A degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience is preferred.
