Job Summary
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors. This role involves registering guests, managing reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Manage room reservations and ensure accurate billing
- Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12.50-$14.75 per hour, depending on experience.
