Front Desk Agent Job Overview

In this role as a Front Desk Agent at Staybridge Suites Reno, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience for our guests. This includes greeting and registering guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards; maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
  • Room Reservations: Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations and follow rate quoting scenario.
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly efficient and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; College course work in related field helpful.
  • Experience: Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests; demonstrate the ability to multi-task be detail-oriented and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is between $13.12-$15.75 per hour, depending on experience.
