Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Manager to join our team at Azul Hospitality. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Cash Handling: Process cash transactions, handle credit card payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact for guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role; experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, basic computer skills, and knowledge of hotel operations.
Working Conditions

This position requires regular attendance and flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The individual must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 45 pounds, and push/pull carts weighing up to 250 pounds.
