Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Operations Manager to join our team at Diversified Maintenance-RWS, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our janitorial services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of janitorial staff to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that our clients' facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that our clients' facilities are being maintained in accordance with our quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including customer complaints and feedback.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
  • Develop and implement effective processes for managing and maintaining our fleet of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed by our janitorial staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or facilities management.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the janitorial industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft and Google products, including Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff who speak Spanish.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
