Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Serve as a role model and mentor for other department employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Order Fulfillment: Assist team members in accomplishing timely and accurate assembly of customer orders, in preparation for shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Support team members with maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe working environment, and aid in performing quality control and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to new associates, sharing best practices for selecting and assisting team members with identifying methods for improving overall productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-3 years' experience in warehousing required.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift heavy objects (occasionally between 60-75 lbs.) with or without reasonable accommodation for an entire shift.
  • Skills: Demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills, ability to think critically and strive for continuous improvement, and possess excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient using the AS400 or a similar warehouse management system.
