Job Overview

Lia Collision Center is in search of a dedicated Maintenance/Janitorial Specialist to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $18-$19/hour based on experience

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance roles is preferred
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Possess a clean and valid driver's license

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dealership
  • Perform various cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming of hallways, staircases, and office areas
  • Conduct shop and building maintenance
  • Assist with landscaping and winter snow removal
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management
