As a vital member of our culinary team at Union College, you will contribute to a thriving dining experience for a vibrant community of students and staff. Our operations include multiple dining venues, a busy coffee shop, and a comprehensive catering service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and engage in all food preparation activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and enhance menus, utilizing local ingredients to promote freshness and sustainability while optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Manage all culinary operations, including inventory management, procurement, and cost-effective menu planning, while adhering to safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:
