Client Services Liaison

At Dealer eProcess, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional support to enhance their experience, and staying on top of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build client relationships
- Provide professional support to enhance the customers' experience
- Train/Educate clients on Dealer eProcess products
- Stay on top of industry trends
- Conduct dealer training
- Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
Requirements:
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
- The ability to remain cool under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
