Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Virtual. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding pricing, delivery, and product details.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and perform other marketing activities to promote and sell products.
  • Monitor and address commercial requirements on customers' portals and forward quality and technical requirements to the appropriate department.
  • Receive and place telephone calls, which may require deviation from standard procedures.
  • Prepare responses to customers in the required format.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from coworkers and customers.
  • Ability to interface effectively with various departments within the company.
  • Ability to acquire extensive knowledge of the company's product lines and applications.
  • Possess effective time management skills.
