About the Opportunity

Our client, a Phoenix-based higher education program, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a 6+ month contract with potential extension or conversion.

Job Summary

Under general supervision, this position provides general information to students, visitors, staff, and faculty, while performing various clerical and administrative functions to ensure timely and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Student Services/Operations function by providing general information to students, visitors, staff, and faculty.
  • Perform various clerical and administrative functions to ensure timely and accurate information.
  • Provide primary coverage and reception responsibilities for the campus Student Resource Center.
  • Assist students with navigation of online resources and tools, and coordinate campus resources such as workshops, tutoring, and community events.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the department through various activities such as filing, typing, copying, and collating materials.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required; some college experience preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in retail, customer service, clerical, or related field.
