This full-time internship role is focused on supporting marketing initiatives within the telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the planning and execution of market research and analysis tailored to the Americas region, aligning with departmental and organizational objectives.
  2. Conduct comprehensive market insight studies that encompass customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor analysis, producing detailed reports for internal use.
  3. Facilitate special business planning initiatives in accordance with departmental and organizational strategies.
  4. Gather and analyze pertinent market information on significant topics assigned by the company, offering valuable insights for management decision-making.
  5. Engage in brand development activities, ensuring effective brand promotion and outreach.
  6. Support the management of the company’s official website and social media channels.
  7. Contribute to the formulation of marketing activity plans and annual strategies, overseeing their implementation.
  8. Coordinate participation in key industry exhibitions and manage relationships with relevant suppliers to ensure successful event execution.
  9. Oversee and assess the effectiveness of large-scale marketing initiatives and exhibitions, both regionally and internationally.
  10. Lead the preparation of annual marketing budget proposals.
  11. Organize the procurement and distribution of promotional materials and resources necessary for events and marketing efforts.
  12. Complete additional tasks as directed by the department head.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams across various time zones.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
  • Preferred experience in organizing large-scale events.
  • Preferred background in the telecommunications industry.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
