Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update internal planning and tracking data in Airtable, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and distribute sales materials, collaborating with various departments for approval.

  • Monitor retail sites to ensure products are accurately represented and up-to-date.
  • Identify and gather information and assets for retailer product pages.
  • Coordinate the review and approval of marketing materials.
  • Contribute to the creation of presentations and support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Film, Television, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or project management, preferably in the home entertainment, film studio, marketing/advertising agency, or consumer products industry.
  • High proficiency in Airtable, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within the Brand Marketing team and across departments.
  • Agile, flexible, highly organized, and able to handle multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
