Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Residential Sales Representative to support our teams in the field. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling general pest control services to residential customers within an assigned territorial area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell general pest control services to residential customers within an assigned territorial area
  • Physically inspect residential structures to determine presence of pests and present a sales solution to prospective customers
  • Arrive at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner
  • Explain pest control services and sell repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all estimates scheduled
  • Work with branch management team to establish sales growth goals and coordinate activities to ensure these goals are achieved
  • Travel from one area to another or be assigned to a specified territory
  • Occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion where necessary
  • Receive and properly account for company funds collected during the course of business activities
  • Submit all paperwork and collections on a daily basis
  • Maintain company-issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must hold the two following licenses: Branch II, Home Improvement Specialist
  • Speak clearly and effectively in English and dress professionally
  • Ability to deal positively with fellow employees, occasionally under stressful conditions
