Job Summary

Guardian Operations LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell complete roofing systems, repairs, and maintenance to clients, utilizing the residential sales, measuring, and pricing system.
  • Explain to clients their roofing system needs and the reasons for recommendations to provide the best option for their needs.
  • Ensure safety on job sites and while driving, adhering to company policy.
  • Take care of clients' time and property, including wearing shoe covers while in their homes.
  • Explain and sell the Club Membership program to all potential clients.
  • Maintain a closing ratio of 40% or greater for Roof Replacements and 50% on Repair and Maintenance cost centers.
  • Complete necessary paperwork to process sold jobs in a timely manner, adhering to the 24-hour turnaround time from point of sale to delivered to the office for processing.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent/Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 2-5 years outside sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build strong trust levels with clients and provide a great experience before, during, and after the project.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Business and financial knowledge.
  • Strong ability to help others succeed.
  • Ability to climb a ladder.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to be on roofs up to 40 ft tall.
  • Ability to maneuver tight crawl spaces and attics- less than one hour per day.
