About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Associate to join our team at DraftKings. As a Surveillance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our retail locations and corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch security services remotely for DraftKings retail sportsbooks and office locations, ensuring the safety of people and property.

  • Operate advanced access control and CCTV technology, monitoring sportsbook activities, archiving video evidence, and keeping an eye out for system malfunctions.

  • Stay vigilant and proactive by monitoring all sportsbook areas and personnel to spot suspicious activity and deter fraud and theft.

  • Contribute to continuous departmental training and play a key role in training new team members.

  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and gaming authorities as needed to ensure safety and compliance.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of security, remote surveillance experience or degree in Criminal Justice.

  • Experience with common productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Docs.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays on a 12 hour rotating schedule.

  • The ability to obtain required gaming license(s).

  • Previous experience working in 24x7x365 Security Operations Center is a plus.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.46 - $23.08, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
