Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in Leadership Team discussions and other forums concerning the strategic planning and advancement of the institution, aligning with the School Strategic Plan.
  • Offer essential strategic guidance to the Finance Committee, School Council, and the Leadership Team regarding financial management.
  • Design and execute systems and processes that incorporate best practices in financial management, ensuring compliance with audit standards, educational policies, and relevant authorities.
  • Maximize resource allocation, including the development, execution, and oversight of the institutional budget.
  • Oversee the Administration and other program budgets as necessary, supporting program leaders in their budget management.
  • Provide strategic insights related to Workforce Planning.
  • Analyze staffing reports and liaise with the relevant funding units as needed.
  • Coordinate staff recruitment in collaboration with the Principal and HR Manager.
  • Lead the administrative workforce, offering support and training to promote professional development and ensure effective consultative arrangements.
  • Establish and manage operational practices that facilitate the efficient delivery of support services.
  • Attend Finance Committee and School Council meetings as required.
  • Perform additional duties relevant to the classification to support effective service delivery.
