Job Summary

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients in the Global Markets division of Bank of America. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, portfolio managers, and client service members to coordinate sales and support activities for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales, portfolio managers, and client service members to coordinate sales and support activities for assigned accounts, including settlements, reconciliations, and account maintenance.
  • Promote investment product sales through client meetings and discussions covering investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments.
  • Deepen and enhance existing relationships with institutional clients during client meetings and interactions.
  • Coordinate internal processes and documents to deliver a quality and on-time product to Global Markets clients.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in Settlement Operations and/or Client Services.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of core settlement markets, including DTC, Fed Governments, Fed Mortgage, Canadian CDS, Euroclear, and Crest.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide root cause analysis.
  • Strong rapport-building skills with front-line units and business partners.
  • Ability to operate in a self-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to mitigate Operational Risk and establish a Risk Framework.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of Operational Risk, Client Money Protection, and Funding.

Work Environment

This role is based in the United States and requires a 1st shift schedule with 40 hours per week.
