Role Overview:
We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Specialist to lead the ongoing enhancement and utilization of Salesforce at Redwood Credit Union. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in implementing Salesforce strategies and promoting user engagement.

This position requires collaboration with business leaders and experts to identify, design, and implement new business processes on the Salesforce platform, combining elements of technical project management, administration, and analysis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Administration and Support:
    Manage all administrative tasks, including user account management, report generation, dashboard creation, and workflow automation.
    Enhance the Salesforce experience by developing automations, workflows, and custom applications.
    Oversee the installation, configuration, and management of both native and third-party applications.
    Conduct regular system audits and manage updates.
    Handle Salesforce data integrations and other system feeds.
    Coordinate the assessment and execution of new development requests.
    Collaborate with management to establish effective processes for administrative and development activities.
    Assist in training new users and enhance the Salesforce proficiency across the organization.
    Act as a liaison between users, vendors, and development teams.
    Work independently with the user community to gather and document requirements.
  • Technology Analysis Support:
    Contribute to project teams by providing system analysis support.
    Serve as a technical resource in defining requirements for Salesforce solutions.
    Offer technical assistance for Salesforce-related issues and integrations.
    Participate in project teams and provide analytical support to address business challenges.
    Respond to urgent requests for technology assistance via phone and email.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to define and document development needs.
  • Capability to evaluate the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple requests effectively.
  • Creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with diverse groups.
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary.

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certification required.
  • Preferred certifications include Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Developer.
  • MuleSoft certification is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Majority of work will be performed indoors at a desk.

Education and Experience:
A combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with a minimum of five years in programming or IT, including at least two years as a Salesforce Administrator.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base starting range: $48.00 to $64.00 per hour, based on experience.
