Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Senior Audio Visual Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is crucial for ensuring seamless communication at various events through the effective use of audio-visual technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate versatility across all audio-visual disciplines.
- Manage multiple events concurrently while supervising team members in their daily tasks.
- Maintain strong communication with team members, clients, and venue staff.
- Engage directly with clients, providing outstanding customer service.
- Prepare, set up, and dismantle audio-visual equipment, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Track inventory meticulously and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Operate AV equipment with a comprehensive understanding of signal flow and specifications.
- Identify equipment shortages during preparation and suggest suitable alternatives.
- Maintain open communication with management at all times.
- Adhere to strict guidelines and schedules.
- Represent Inspire Event Solutions professionally, following grooming and attire standards.
- Foster respectful relationships with clients and venue staff.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, valuing team input.
- Safeguard company equipment and report any damages promptly.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with audio-visual technology.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds independently.
- Understanding of professional dress standards.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
