About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Specialist to join our team at Multi-Color Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art printing presses to produce high-quality labels for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain printing presses to ensure efficient and high-quality production
- Monitor and control press conditions to maintain optimal print quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Assist in training and development of new team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a printing or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of printing press operations and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
