Job Title: Lead Administrative Specialist - Audit & Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Administrative Specialist to join our team at Ztek Consulting Inc. in Edison, NJ. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our clients' policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a high level of audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, building codes, and client-specific regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents required for quality/security audits.
  • Maintain records of health and safety data, maintenance planners, and technical data for all locations.
  • Enforce compliance requirements and reporting, as laid forth by each client.
  • Implement process improvement measures on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree.
  • 5-10 years of experience in administrative functions of a medium-sized facility.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good computer skills: Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Knowledge of office management and maintenance activities, safety and firefighting systems, personnel management, finance/accounting processes, and audit and compliance knowledge.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment.
