Ariba Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ariba Administrator to join our Global Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to users, facilitating Ariba usage across the organization, and driving knowledge base development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for Ariba users, including access, training, and guidance.
• Create user guides and support materials, and develop reports in SAP BI as needed.
• Work with Shared Services/AP to ensure all suppliers are enabled on Ariba e-commerce and create a plan to enable suppliers not yet enabled.
• Collaborate with Revlon IT to resolve Ariba system issues and monitor online catalogs for updates.
• Load contracts in Ariba Contracts and circulate reports/KPIs/Performance to Global Procurement on a periodic basis.
• Follow up with Global Procurement team members to ensure progress, timeliness, and accuracy of data compiled for prepayments/advance payments, quality notifications, and more.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Ariba and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills, with strong to expert levels in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional teams and commitment to development.
• BA preferred or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
