Job Summary

Miller Kaplan is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will play a critical role in supporting our initiatives, campaigns, and goals by overseeing our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Configure and manage Salesforce, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Develop and implement a platform roadmap, defining priorities and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
  • Improve Salesforce data quality by implementing rules and automation as needed.
  • Perform proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  • Provide user support and monitor user adoption.
  • Develop and deliver technical and end-user documentation.
  • Work with integrated applications and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or other Marketing Automation tools.
  • Experience working with a consulting partner to deliver projects.
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Pardot, and Digital Experiences.
  • Experience in change management and governance.
  • Experience training end users and key stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
  • Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
