Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and participate in cross-functional meetings, working sessions, and communicate/advance conversations to accomplish goals/priorities of the work.
- Explain and advise on work at different levels depending on the audience.
- Build and maintain relationships within the organization in support of our strategic goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience supporting Customer Relationship Management systems (e.g., Salesforce.com), preferably in support of Sales Teams.
- Experience executing day-to-day Salesforce.com and CRM custom mobile platform tasks, including monitoring work queues, user issues, and user access.
- Understanding of the user's journey and partnering with internal business teams to become an expert in their business, processes, challenges, and opportunities.
- Providing in-depth analysis and recommendations on business problems.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to make key decisions to deliver on strategic objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Investment Management experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Compensation and Benefits:
Capital Group offers a highly competitive base salary, individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
