About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead our mechanical design team and deliver innovative solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Mechanical Design: Develop and implement mechanical design solutions for our clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our engineering, sales, and marketing teams to understand client needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Drive Project Success: Oversee the development and implementation of mechanical design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and Evaluate Strategies: Identify and develop new design concepts and strategies to solve complex mechanical engineering challenges.
  • Communicate Effectively: Present design solutions and project progress to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication.
Requirements
  • 12+ Years Industry Experience: Proven experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in design, development, and project management.
  • Expertise in Pressure Vessel Design: In-depth knowledge of pressure vessel design, including structural analysis, construction methodologies, and design for manufacturability.
  • Experience with Liquid Cooling and FEA Modeling: Familiarity with liquid cooling systems and FEA modeling tools, with the ability to analyze and optimize design performance.
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
