About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management group, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, verifying, and updating various types of data into our databases and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of data
  • Organize and file documents and records
  • Assist with data collection and analysis
  • Generate reports, charts, and pivot tables

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using databases, spreadsheets, and other computerized systems for data entry
  • Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
  • Ability to accurately transcribe information from source documents into electronic formats
  • Familiarity with pivot tables and other data manipulation techniques is a plus
  • Comfortable with technology (experience using dual monitors)
  • Process-oriented.
  • Comfortable talking with clients over the phone.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a professional or office setting.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
