Account Executive

Arrow International, a leading provider of charitable and social gaming solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing commercial sales with customer prospects within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with customers at properties within assigned territory
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenues and maintain margins
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and prospects for pursuit
- Conduct prospect and customer cold calls to gather information and pitch Arrow products/services
- Nurture customer relationships through personal meetings and/or teleconferencing
- Establish trust and fulfill customers' expectations
- Meet and comply with all local, state, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or relevant field
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven successful sales experience
- Preferred gaming or consumer electronics industry experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Pleasant temperament and ability to build effective professional relationships
