About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Force Integration Division at ERP International. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule airport shuttle transportation
  • Maintain in-office spreadsheets and databases
  • Produce error-free letters, forms, and minutes of meetings and trainings
  • Prepare reports using various software packages
  • Create and manage a filing system of After-Action Reports and other documents
  • Research historical data and provide documentation at request of military units and government agencies
  • Inventory stock control of office and travel supplies; order supplies as needed
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Prepare special projects as requested/assigned by USAMMDA in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain all GFE and property book compliance for the office using an Access database
  • Work with management to develop process improvements for current tasks to ensure best practice and organization
  • Create tracking spreadsheets for use in office for various tasks
  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Prepare routine correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Coordinate conferences, meetings, and events
  • Attend meetings, record and report on proceedings
  • Review outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with supervisors procedures
  • Coordinate personnel and administrative forms and forward for processing
  • Assist with in-office in-processing of new employees
  • Scan office and travel documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum Associate's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Desired 3+ years relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office applications including MS Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Experience arranging travel
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance
